Registration

All participants are required to register for the conference and pay the registration fee. This is a private event and only registrants are allowed to attend the Welcome Reception, Stadium Club Banquet and NCAR Banquet. As per the laws of the State of Colorado and the policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that some portion of the registration fee will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Registration Fees

Early bird registration (Early January-March 6, 2015): $525

Regular registration (March 6-April 3, 2015): $600

On-site registration (April 26-29, 2015): $650

A limited number of discounted registration fees ($275) are available for graduate student and postdoc support--please contact the conference chair (kimjh@umd.edu) for additional information.

All discounted registration fees have been allocated and no more are available.
